Terms and conditions: All the reservations have to be confirmed with a credit card number. This credit card number is required only as a guarantee and the hotel will not proceed to payment before customer's arrival. Also, this means that the hotel will hold the room all night for guest's arrival and use.
Cancellation policy: All cancellation requests must be written and received at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The credit card provided may be charged (one night rate penalty) if the reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline or if the guest fails to arrive.
