Les Armures Restaurant

The traditional taste of Switzerland

Travel through the pages of history by dining in one of Geneva’s oldest period rooms.

Our period rooms invite you to embark on a veritable journey through the ages. Step back in time in warm, relaxed surroundings and whisk your taste-buds off on a voyage of discovery exploring the delights of Swiss cuisine by tucking into some local specialities such as our ‘Zurich-style’ sliced veal, traditional grilled Swiss sausage, or two-cheese (Vacherin and Gruyère) fondue accompanied by a delicious Swiss cold cuts platter.

Take your dining experience to new heights in our ‘Chalet’ zones.

Divided into several different zones, le Carnotzet instantly conjures up images of a cosy Alpine chalet. Sit back and soak up the charming mountain vibe surrounded by wood and exposed stonework whilst recharging your batteries and tucking into a welcome meal. Treat your taste-buds to a hearty raclette or one of our iconic Swiss specialities, such as the Olma veal sausage or rösti.

As the weather warms up, our restaurant also welcomes guests outdoors on its relaxed and shady terrace nestled alongside the Old Arsenal.
