The taste of products, which have a story to tell, is often unknown. The cooking is becoming industrialized more and more. We take less and less time to eat and eat too often alone.
This Week of Taste enable everyone to make culinary discoveries, to taste, to wonder about our relationship with food and to develop our curiosity about the origin of our food. Eating is a time to recharge our batteries and make us happy.
It also brings together everyone who like to eat, promotes exchanges between the trades of the gastronomy and it creates links with the entire food community.
